Why we cap at 25 miles
Past about 25 miles, the drive-time turns a 45-minute spring replacement into a 2.5-hour day. The flat-rate pricing only works because we can run 3-5 jobs per tech per day; one outlier route blows the math. Honest answer: we'd rather refer you to a closer specialist than do the job badly because we ran out of time.
