Privacy Policy
Plain English: we collect what we need to quote and fix your door, we track which ads make the phone ring, and we don't sell your information to anyone.

Who we are
Elevation Garage Door is a division of Elevation Home Co., the operating brand of Elevation Visuals LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, at 5244 Cottondale St SW, Wyoming, MI 49519. Reach us at hello@elevationhome.co or 616-259-6233. This policy covers elevationdoorco.com and the calls and texts that come through it.
Information you give us
Most of our customers call. When you call, text, or email us we collect your name and phone number, your service address, what's wrong with the door, and anything else you tell us — including photos you send. We ask only for what we need to diagnose the problem, quote it, and get a tech to your house. We do not take payment card numbers through this website.
Information collected automatically
- Call tracking. We use CallRail, which swaps the phone number displayed on the site so we can tell which page or ad produced a call. When you call, we receive your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the page you called from. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality and training. If you'd rather not be recorded, say so when we pick up and we'll stop the recording, or reach us by text or email instead.
- Hosting logs. Our web host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser, pages requested — for security and troubleshooting.
As of the effective date above, this website does not run Google Analytics, a Google Ads conversion tag, or a Facebook/Meta pixel. If that changes, this page changes with it.
How we use it
- To diagnose the problem, quote it, and schedule the repair.
- To contact you about your job — by phone, text, or email.
- To invoice you, honor warranties, and keep a service history on your door.
- To measure which pages and ads actually produce calls.
- To keep records we're required to keep, and to resolve disputes.
Text messages
When you give us your number or text us first, you're agreeing that we can text you back about your quote and your job — arrival windows, photos of what we found, and the invoice. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or just tell the office. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. We do not sell or share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that job for us: CallRail (call routing, tracking, recording), our web host, our scheduling and invoicing software, and the technicians who perform your service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or to protect someone's safety.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work and to attribute calls. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies; the site still works without them. We don't sell data or run behavioral advertising of our own, so browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals have nothing of ours to switch off.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as we're doing business with you and afterward for warranty, tax, and legal purposes — generally seven years for financial records, and longer where we need the service history to honor a parts warranty. Call-tracking data follows CallRail's retention settings. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
Michigan doesn't currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law and most state privacy statutes don't reach a local service business our size. We'd rather not hide behind that. Email hello@elevationhome.co and we'll tell you what we have, correct it, delete it if we're not required to keep it, or stop contacting you — free, within a reasonable time.
Photos of your door
We photograph every job — that's the photo log you get, and it's how we prove what we found and what we replaced. We sometimes use those photos as before-and-after examples in marketing. They show the door only, never your name, address, or house number. Tell us and we won't use yours; ask us to take one down and we will.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and customer records live in access-controlled software. No system is perfect, and we won't promise one is — but we don't store card numbers or Social Security numbers.
Children
This site is for adults arranging home services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the effective date at the top.
